How Can I Place an Order?
1- Click the 'Become a Member' button from the Login tab at the top right of the Membership Home page and fill out the membership form on the page that opens.
2- Select the product you want and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.
3- After checking the product you have ordered, you can click the 'Order Confirmation' button.
4- After confirming the order, you will come to the delivery information screen. After filling in the delivery and billing address information, continue with the cargo at the bottom of the page.
5- After selecting the Delivery Option, click the 'Continue' button with Payment and you will reach the payment information screen. Choose the payment option that suits you from the payment preferences offered to you here.
6- When you are sure that the information you have provided is correct, check the boxes that you have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement.
7- After confirming your order, you can view your order on the page that opens.
8- You can access detailed information about the order by clicking on the order you have placed on the My Orders page.
When will my order be shipped?
The products you have purchased are delivered to the cargo within the same business day, except for force majeure for orders placed until 16:00.
When your order is shipped, an e-mail containing your cargo tracking number will be sent to you. Depending on the province and district where you are located, the delivery time of your cargo varies between 1 and 4 business days after your order is delivered to the cargo.
Will I pay shipping on my order?
The shipping fee belongs to the BUYER in the orders you have placed. Information about the shipping fee is provided on the payment page of the product order.I want to cancel my order, what should I do?
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can cancel the order you have placed by entering your orders from my account section by clicking the cancel order button at the top right, but if the products you have ordered are in the preparation stage for shipment or if they have been shipped, they cannot be canceled. In such a case, you can return the product after receiving it.How can I return the products I ordered?
You can return the product you have received / without destroying / destroying the product, without using the product, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, as you received it. You must return the product together with the product invoice.
Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company official you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Please note that after the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
The return of unpackaged, used, destroyed products is not accepted.
