Return Policy


The buyer has accepted the distance sales contract and all its conditions by placing the order through the website he/she uses. Each product that he/she takes is under the guarantee by the manufacturer.

As our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction after-sales, any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase and any problems arising from production and service are evaluated meticulously and resolved as soon as possible.

You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition you received it under the heading "Return" within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product.

The return must be made with a petition or return form that includes the product to be returned, the product invoice, your order number and the reason for the return.

The terms and conditions regarding product returns are as follows;

Required Conditions and Principles for Return:

1.     Returns must be made with the product's original box and/or packaging. (The original box/packaging is the product's own packaging, if available.)

2.     In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situation is detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

3.     For products where their packaging has been opened/broken, destroyed or have lost their economic value/resale ability, have been used even once, have been damaged in any way, cannot be purchased by another customer for reasons not arising from our Company, etc., returns of are not accepted.

4.     The customer is obliged to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product upon not returning it in the same condition as when it was delivered to him/her

5.     Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a official of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product and keep a report to the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.

6.      Products that are individually produced upon the buyer's request or made personalized by making changes or additions are outside the scope of the right of return/withdrawal.

7.      If the product you are returning was purchased with a corporate invoice, that is, if the invoice was issued in the name of the company, it must be sent together with the invoice issued by your company when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT).
